Claim Cashout

  1. 190 points or more is required to apply for bKash, nagad, mobile recharge (depends on current “send money" method) cashout
  2. maximum 60% points will be converted to cash from your current points balance
  3. cashout can be claimed per 45 days, that is if you claim a cashout, you will be eligible to claim next cashout after 45 days
  4. after we get your cashout request we will review your request and if it goes by our terms we will process the cashout within 24 hours
  5. The customer has to bear any transfer charges if applicable.
  6. To apply for cashout write:

Important Note:

  1. claiming cashout will make your all current products warranty period invalid (all warranty will be canceled) after cashout is processed.
  2. on My Points page points table, “Points Earned for today login " =  “daily login points" . Maximum 20 “daily login points" will be considered while calculating cashout, for example, customer has 300 points in total (250 earned from product purchase + 50 earned from “daily login"), for cashing out, from his “daily login points" he can take up to 20 points NOT whole 50 and 250 points from product purchase points. Therefore 20+250 = 270 points can be taken for cashout consideration NOT whole 300 points. As the customer's cashout applicable points are 270, 60% of 270 points = 162 taka can be claimed for bkash cashback.
