Terms and Conditions
- 1 Account is valid for 1 individual person only, it is NOT permissible to have more than 1 account of 1 individual person, if found unfair means of collecting points/taka from multiple accounts – points and account will be banned.
- Dakhm’s decision is final, and can take legal actions against any type of point fraud
- Customers may require to pay advance full/partial for order processing, if asked by our representative.
- We hold the right to not process order from any customers if our conditions are not met, or customers don't act upon our given terms.
- After paying advance for orders, if the customer refuses to accept the order after dispatch, Dakhm can refund the advance amount keeping the service charge/delivery charge or any other charges associated with the order processing.
- Any repeated unfair requests to our representative may result in ban on customers name/address/IP/number/order
- When it comes to refund, we will refund the amount customer paid deducting discount/cashback/points/delivery charge/any other charges related to the order.
- We will always discourage customers to not buy with discounts/coupons/points as our product prices are very very low already.
- We will not provide support on how to earn discounts, if a customer can understand and apply how to get discount by our rules, he can apply discount while purchasing. If a customer does not understand how to take discounts, it is his luck.
- A customer can not bulk(same product quantity more than 2) order using points/coupon/discount system within 60 days period.
- If a customer wants to order bulk(same product quantity more than 2) within 60 days period, he/she will have to contact us and the final price/terms will be fixed by us for that customer at that point of time only and that price/terms may not be valid for other times/customers and our decision is final. We don't encourage customers to bulk(same product quantity more than 2) order from our website as our main goal and pricing is focused as per retail selling and we may not process any order that we think is not as per our rules and policy.
- All customers' discounts will may or may not be the same.
- Discount/points are for promotional purposes only, per user discount is very limited and we may not give discounts to all customers depending on various facts, Dakhm's decision is final.
- At current position, if a customer's discount/coupon/points exceed 350, we will deal it manually and it will be up to Dakhm's management to allow a customer to have 350 taka+ discounts or not. This is done to reduce fraud/fake/loss transactions.
- Once bkash cash out is received by the customer, no products/service is refundable/replaceable
- at current stage, we will not allow discounts above 350tk per customers, apart from special cases.
- There will be no warranty/guarantee/points on replaced/exchanged/returned product.
- Earned Points will be deducted from customer for replace/exchange product.
- One time return/replace/refund/exchange per product/service/order.
- If any issue with order/product, fees will be same as per the related order for which issue occurred.
- if there is any issue or claim from the customer and we see the customer is not right or the customer can not show any proof, our decision will be final.
- if there is any claim from customer regarding broken/defected/not working/missing/wrong product or any other type of claim which is covered under warranty/guaranty period of that product and we initiate a return/exchange from customer within warranty/guaranty period and customer fails or give product back to the picker man/delivery man/our location within warranty/guaranty period, we have the right to not process return/refund/exchange and our decision will be final.
- If a customer asks for refund/return of a product he bought with previous orders' points and if we complete the refund/return process – customers may or may not get back used previous orders' points he earned, it is up to Dakhm to return used points or not to the customer, decision will be based on customer's activity with us.
- if a customer places his first-order: A and then places his second-order: B with points earned from order: A, and then asks for refund/return of order: A, Dakhm holds the right to not process the refund/return of order: A or deduct the amount in taka with points customers earned from refund/return of order: A. Altogether it is up to Dakhm about how this custom return/refund process will be handled, if Dakhm finds unfair means by the customer, Dakhm holds right to cancel and customers must obey our final decision.
- it is not possible to add/delete products to an Order manually after customers place the order because points are sometimes calculated in % so adding/deleting a product keeps that product out/in of % points discount unlike products already checkout by the customer — to add/delete products customer has to cancel the previous order and re-order again by us(contact us) or by the customer himself.

*stock not available means – the particular product is not available with the supplier or the seller with given price and quantity and we are unable to deliver the product as per various circumstances
*please use your valid information at all steps to avoid hassle, we will contact and verify your given information if anything is suspicious and not relevant we can cancel/delete accounts/orders.
*we will delete accounts that is suspicious, dangerous, duplicate, fake, non-active, spam, malpractice, not relevant, strange names apart from real names compared to our real customers
*reviews on our website based on customer experinces all over the internet for that product by our team, customers, users, writers, quality control
*LOWEST PRICE in market = comparatively lowest price compared to other online marketplaces
**for any reason if the order is on HOLD status for more than 6 hours after placing the order by the customer, Dakhm holds the right to cancel the order for other customers to order that product
*we at Dakhm try to handover the product as fast as possible to 3rd party delivery courier company, after handover we DO NOT have any control over 3rd party delivery company timing and other factors, after handover to customer doorstep – all are handled by the 3rd party delivery courier company, if any issue occurs we can only request 3rd party delivery courier company, it is up to them to honor our request or not. We will always inform our customers about delivery timing reported by the 3rd party delivery courier company and delivery information reported by 3rd party delivery courier will be mentioned on single product pages and we will also let the customer know beforehand, therefore if there is any issue regarding delivery, Dakhm is not liable at all, but we will follow up and request 3rd party delivery courier company to solve the issue as early as possible.

Refund, Return, Exchange

- if a product has issues(factory defect/faulty product) OR wrong product delivered and customer wants to return/exchange it, return charge is free for customer(we will bear the return charge) and will also free deliver the new replaced product.

- delivery of the replaced product to customer: FREE
- if the product is NOT faulty(factory defect) and customer wants to return it, customer will bear the return charge to us and pay the return charge or any other additional charges as per our rules.

- delivery of product to customer: as per current delivery charge
- if the product is faulty(damaged by customer) and customer wants to return it within warranty/guarantee period of the product – return charge to us will be free(we will bear the return charge) and if we find the product is damaged due to customer usage, we will not replace/exchange/refund the faulty product and customer will take back the product by paying return delivery charge to customer’s location or pay any other additional charges as per our rules.

- We will not consider these events for return/exchange:
- change of mind.
- product does not perform as customer expected.
- not compatible or support customer’s device or equipment.
- customer unable to operate/configure/setup.
- Customers must do unboxing/unpacking video every time, if there is any issue video proof will help the customer to solve the issue otherwise Dakhm’s decision will be final for any issue solution.
- Return charge is applicable if customer cancels the order after the order is confirmed.
- If customers do not perform return/refund/exchange/replacement action said by our representative in 2 days period, Dakhm is not responsible for product damage/loss or customers’ money. Dakhm has the right to make decisions about customers money/product/service to abandon/sell/destroy in such cases.
- For return/refund/exchange/replacement Dakhm’s decision is final and customers must agree with our final decision while placing order from Dakhm.
