• Points can be sent to any registered customer on Dakhm.com
• Maximum 500 points can be sent.
• Before sending points, please make sure the receiver of your points will not get more than 350 points in total, if your sending points exceeds his total points 350, we will reject your point sending request.
• TIP: send points so that the receiver's points in TOTAL DOES NOT EXCEED 350 with your sent points in TOTAL on the receiver's account
• New accounts without any proper engagement history can not send points, and points request will be rejected. Too many requests will lead to account ban for all. Minumum 30 points or successful purchase history should be there for the sender.
• we may restrict suspicious/duplicate accounts to send or receive points
• any suspicious activity only for the sake of getting discounts/cashback/points, or if we think that a user is not honest enough with our rules, terms and conditions, the result may lead to a direct ban from our platform..
• if your request is rejected, contact us to know the reason of rejection

Dakhm admin will review your sending request and will reject/approve your request. We will let you know about request status via email or you can check your points section from your profile.
